Chef Yannick Alléno At The Head of Three Dior Venues in Paris

Cinephiles have Hollywood, Catholics have Vatican City, and Dior-obsessed fashionistas have 30 Avenue Montaigne in Paris. The luxury goods company’s flagship venue, where Christian Dior set up shop in 1946, is a must-see for anyone who loves the brand. Today, the 19th-century hôtel particulier is home to the full spectrum of what Dior offers. There’s a large boutique, a spa, a museum where you can admire some of Dior’s most famous creations, and three food and drink venues led by one the most Michelin-starred chefs in the world: Yannick Alléno.

Three Food Options At One Address

30 Avenue Montaigne has three venues to satisfy any cravings you might have between bouts of shopping and micro-peeling sessions. All three options – Monsieur Dior restaurant, Le Jardin, and Le Café – have Yannick Alléno-designed menus.

Monsieur Dior restaurant serves lunch (11:45 AM to 3:30 PM) and afternoon tea (4 PM to 7:30 PM) every day of the week with an early closure at 7 PM on Sundays. The menu offers modern French cuisine inspired by the luxury fashion house’s elegant past collections. Some of the dishes include scallops in a green coat with black truffles, hand-stitched poularde, and haute couture sea bass. There are two meal options on offer: the four-course meal for €145 ($171), or the five-course meal for €175 ($206). Afternoon tea is priced at €98 ($115) per person. Don’t pass on making a reservation – this place is popular.

Le Jardin is a verdant indoor space akin to a luxurious and lush conservatory. The venue is dedicated to pâtisseries, but you can also enjoy savory bites if that’s more your speed – the menu has something for everyone. As well as hot drinks, there are cocktails, mocktails, wines, spirits, a selection of Champagnes, and more to keep you properly hydrated. A simplified afternoon tea is also available at Le Jardin for €75 ($88). It’s a less formal spot to enjoy a quick lunch or a treat during your visit to 30 Avenue Montaigne, but it’s just as refined and beautifully thought out as Monsieur Dior. Le Jardin is open from 10 AM to 7:30 from Monday to Saturday, and from 10 AM to 7 PM on Sundays.

Who is Yannick Alléno?

Yannick Alléno is the chef at no fewer than 21 restaurants spread throughout the world, from Paris to Osaka, Dubai, and more. He is also the recipient of 17 Michelin stars, just four shy of the Guinness World Record holder Alain Ducasse, who has been awarded 21 of them in his career.

Since September 16, 2025, Yannick Alléno is the new chef for all three venues at 30 Avenue Montaigne. However, it’s not his first foray into the world of luxury couture. He created all the menus for the Louis Vuitton Lounge at the Doha airport in Qatar.

Yannick Alléno’s empire extends far beyond the brick-and-mortar establishments. He is also the chef at the two restaurants onboard the Orient Express train, as well as at La Table de l’Orient Express, one of the five restaurants onboard the upcoming Orient Express Corinthian sailing yacht
