Set to open on September 30th, the day that restaurants in NYC are reopening for indoor dining at 25% capacity, we’re betting that Mr. Ripert himself will be back in the kitchen and anyone dining is going to have the signature Le Bernardin experience, but on steroids. We may have all become home chefs during quarantine, but there’s nothing like a 3 star-Michelin experience to remind and inspire us by those who make their passion and craft in the kitchen.
