Los Fuegos features the art of open-fire cooking by Francis Mallman, Pao explores Filipino-inspired cuisine by Paul Qui, and the tropical Veranda is worth dining at for the ocean views alone. Nighttime is a chilled-out scene with live music in The Living Room, for when you’re not out clubbing all evening.
