Chicago is famous for many things, but its condiment-heavy hot dog might top the list.

To assemble the dog: Place the steamed dog inside the bun, slather with mustard and relish. Top with onion, tomato and pickle spear. Place two sport peppers on top – this can be left out as they are slightly hot. Sprinkle with celery salt and enjoy!
